Movement, meditation, and motivation are essential components in achieving optimal wellbeing and success. They are the three keys to unlocking your potential and reaching your goals. Movement, meditation, and motivation can be used to create a holistic approach to health, happiness, and success.
Movement is an important part of our lives; it helps to energize our bodies and minds. Physical activity can help to improve physical health, mental focus, and overall wellbeing. Regular exercise helps to build strength, endurance, and flexibility, as well as reduce stress, depression, and anxiety. Exercise can also improve sleep quality, concentration, and overall mood.
Meditation is a powerful tool for calming the mind and body. It can help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, while promoting relaxation, focus, and clarity of thought. Meditation helps to provide a sense of balance and inner peace, while increasing awareness and acceptance of the present moment.
Motivation is the fuel that drives us to accomplish our goals. It is the spark that pushes us to take action and strive for greatness. Motivation can come from a variety of sources, such as the desire to be successful, the support of friends and family, or the satisfaction of completing a task. Motivation is essential for achieving our dreams and reaching our goals.
By combining movement, meditation, and motivation, we can create a holistic approach to health, happiness, and success. Through this approach, we can unlock our potential and achieve our goals. For those looking to get started, there are many resources available such as online classes, books, and podcasts. By focusing on all three components, we can reach our full potential and live a life of abundance.
Hi my name is Shanda. My journey into Yoga and Minimalisim began over 27 years ago. But it was affirmed and I readily pursued it after I attended my first Yoga class in Summer of 2011. Linda Goodson, was the teacher of that first live class I ever had. She was the, gentle, yet firm catalyst for my yoga career. After nearly 5 years of gentle encouragement I finally attended a 3 day work shop in November 2016 by Yoga Fit. When I saw that I could succeed at that I decided that I would take the next step. I signed up for the 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training at Asheville Yoga Center in 2017.
It was the best thing I did for my growth as a yoga student as well as a teacher. I meet and connected with so many inspiring people from the teachers to the students. Through this training I fell in love with the gentle side of yoga. Although there is still a special place in my heart for the flow of Vinyasa and deep stretch; restorative and meditation have become my go to’s during self practice.
Hiking and water fall chasing is something that I love to do as often as possible. It’s become another way for me to meditate and become closer to nature. I love to share snippets of my hikes on tik tok.
